[Product pinning](https://support.tagalys.com/collections-merchandising?hsLang=en#product-pinning) # Bulk Pin Products Using Product IDs or SKUs ## Bulk pinning multiple products into a collection at specific positions using Product IDs or SKUs. **Overview:** The Bulk Pinning by Product ID/SKU feature allows you to quickly pin large numbers of products within a collection without manually selecting each item. In this example, we will pin 100 products using Product IDs. **Steps to bulk pin products using the Product ID/ SKU option** **Step 1: Open the Collection's Curate Panel** Navigate to the collection where you would like to bulk pin products and open the Curate Panel. ![undefined-Jul-03-2026-01-09-12-4281-PM](https://support.tagalys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-03-2026-01-09-12-4281-PM.png?width=670&height=348&name=undefined-Jul-03-2026-01-09-12-4281-PM.png)   **Step 2: Open the Bulk Pin Tool**Click the Pin Product IDs/SKUs icon located at the top of the Curate Panel.  ![Merchandise collection - Tagalys (11)](https://support.tagalys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(11).png?width=670&height=348&name=Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(11).png) **Step 3: Add Product IDs or SKUs** Select whether you would like to pin products using: - Product IDs, or - SKUs Enter one Product ID or SKU per line. For this example, we are pinning 100 products using Product IDs. ![Merchandise collection - Tagalys (12)](https://support.tagalys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(12).png?width=670&height=348&name=Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(12).png) **Step 4: Configure Validation Options**Before pinning, choose one of the available validation options:  - **Ignore Missing Product IDs:** Enable Ignore Missing Product IDs if you want the pinning process to continue even when some Product IDs cannot be found. **Best for:** Pinning large product lists where occasional missing IDs are expected. - **Only Pin Products Within This Collection:** Enable Only Pin Products Within This Collection to ensure that only products already present in the collection are pinned. **Best for:** Avoiding pinning failures caused by products that are not included in the collection.  For this example, we will use ‘Only Pin Products Within This Collection’.  ![Merchandise collection - Tagalys (16)](https://support.tagalys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(16).png?width=670&height=348&name=Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(16).png) **Step 5: Select the Pin Position**Choose the position where the products should be inserted. You can also determine how the newly pinned products should behave when existing pinned products or Looks already occupy those positions: - Move up: Pin above existing placements - Move down: Pin below existing placements Once configured, click **Pin Products** ![Merchandise collection - Tagalys (19)](https://support.tagalys.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(19).png?width=670&height=348&name=Merchandise%20collection%20-%20Tagalys%20(19).png)  **Step 6: Review Results**The products will be pinned in real time based on the Product IDs or SKUs provided.
