You can only demote products (push it to the bottom of a product listing page) from a platform created category or collection. Removing Products is possible only for Smart Categories, created on Tagalys. To demote, products, follow the steps given below:
- Select on 'View all' under 'Categories' on the left panel of your dashboard.
- Select a Category or Collection created on the platform and click on 'Edit'. The below screenshot is from a Category created on Magento.
- Click on the 'Curate' button on the right.
- You can demote a product by clicking on the 'Demote' button that will be visible when you hover over the product.
- You can also select multiple products and click on the 'Demote' button to demote all the selected products in one action.
- To view the demoted products, click on the arrow on the right corner of the screen.
- All the demoted products can be viewed by clicking on the arrow below 'Demoted Products'.
