Where can I find the invoice for the monthly subscription renewals?

Currently, Tagalys uses a third-party (Chargebee) tool to managing to bill and email the monthly invoice to all the billing contacts associated with an account. Please note you have to be the primary billing contact on the account to access the invoices

  1. Login to https://tagalys.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login
  2. Use the 'Forgot password' link to reset your password as this is different from the Tagalys dashboard.
  3. Login again using the password reset email

If you wish to add a billing contact and have the invoices emailed to your ID, please drop an email to sales@tagalys.com.
