I have added product(s) to the Shopify Catalog, but they are not shown in the Tagalys dashboard. What to do?
Kindly check if the following conditions are met for the products to sync to Tagalys
- Log in to your Shopify admin.
- Choose the product(s) which you recently added.
- Verify if the updates are synced to Tagalys - Tagalys automatically syncs any changes made on the products. Please ensure if the 'Last Update detected' time is close to the time when you made the changes.
- If the products are still not synced to Tagalys, please contact us.
