      How can access the knowledge base from my dashboard?

      1. Log in to your Tagalys dashboard.
      2. On the left-hand corner bottom click on 'Documentation & Support'.

         3. Click on  FAQs & Knowledge base.

        4. You can also log in to the knowledge base directly from support.tagalys.com or       can click on Chat Icon,

         5. Search for articles by typing in keywords at the search bar.
