      Can I manually update product positions in a Category or Collection?

      Product positions in categories or collections can be updated manually from the Tagalys dashboard. Once the position updates are made and saved in the dashboard, changes will reflect in the online store based on the eCommerce platform or store front-end theme cache preferences.

      To manually update the positions in a category or collection, follow the below steps. 

      1. Go to 'View All' categories or collections and click on the 'Edit' option.

      2. After making the required edits click on the 'Save' button on the top right corner of the page. 

      3. Once saved, you can see the status of the update on the 'View All' categories or collections page. The product positions will be updated in the front-end based on your eCommerce platform or theme cache preferences.
