The performance of Categories or Collections refers to the performance of the products inside that Product Listing Page. With the Drill-down feature of Tagalys reports, it is possible to understand how the products are performing on that Category or Collections. These insights help merchandisers decide the sorting and re-arrangement of the products which eventually show how visitors engage with the products.
There are three levels of performance metrics in the product listing page report. All three levels have an option to compare the performance metrics across date ranges.
Click on the hyperlinks on each report to drill down into the next level for that date range.
Level 1 - The performance of Categories or Collections at the store level
The report gives an overview of performance metrics like 'Product views,' 'Add to cart,' 'Revenue,' 'Conversion rate,' etc. for each Product Listing Page merchandised with Tagalys.
Level 2 - The performance of the Individual Category or Collection
At this level, the performance of all the products within a selected Category or Collection for the selected date range can be analyzed. It has the same metrics - 'Product views,' 'Add to cart,' 'Revenue,' 'Conversion rate,' etc. for each product inside the listing page. The below screenshot shows a drill down into the performance of all products in the test collection 'Shirts'.
Level 3 - The performance of individual products within the Category or Collection
At this level, the performance of an individual product within the selected listing page for the selected date range can be analyzed. It has the same metrics like 'Product views,' 'Add to cart,' 'Revenue,' 'Conversion rate,' etc. for the product inside the selected listing page. The below screenshot shows a drill down into the performance of the product 'Women Blue Solid Regular Fit Casual Shirt' within the 'Shirts' collection.
