How can I access the payment portal (Chargebee) if I am a new user or if I forgot the password?

If you are a new user, here are the steps to access the Chargebee portal. Please note you have to be the primary billing contact to access the account.

  • Type your primary email address and submit, to receive a link to set up your account.

  • Once you fill in the details for the signup page, login with the same primary email address to access the account.

For existing users who forgot the password, follow the steps below:

  • Enter your primary email address to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

  • You can login again, once the new password is set.
