Tagalys uses a third-party tool (Chargebee) to manage the billing. Here are the steps to add/update the payment method for bill payment. Please note you have to be the primary billing contact to access the account.
- Go to https://tagalys.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login and enter your primary email address and password.
- Click on the ‘+Add’ in the ‘Payment Method Information’ to add/update the payment-related information.
- Enter the details and click on ‘Update’ to add/update the payment method information.
