How can I upgrade to a new version of the same extension?

1. Login to your Magento Admin panel and go to Magento Connect Manager
   
2. Check for Upgrades in the Connect Manager 
   
3. Find the latest version of the downloaded Tagalys extension. Select the latest version & "Commit changes"
