The 'Personalized Recommendations' widget is a carousel of products that are listed based on the individual visitor's 30-day engagement data with products at the eCommerce store.
To access the Personalized recommendations report, navigate to the left side of the Tagalys dashboard and click on the 'other widgets' report under the 'Reports' section.
In this report, you will find a summary of the user engagement for the personalized recommendations widget with performance metrics like 'Product views', 'CTR', 'Add to cart,' 'Revenue,' 'Conversion rate,' etc.
