How can I unassign users from receiving Performance Alert emails?

Here are the steps to unassign a user from receiving performance alert emails.

Step 1: On the Tagalys dashboard, navigate to ‘Collections’ and click on ‘Performance Alerts’.

Step 2: Click on the edit icon of the alert for which you want to unassign a user.

Step 3: Once you click on the edit icon, then click on the "X" icon next to the user name(s) that you want to unassign from receiving performance alerts.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Save' option and users who were unassigned will stop receiving performance alert emails.
