I cancelled my subscription. How do get my refund?

 

For annual plans, we will refund the pro-rated amount back to your credit if you have to unfortunately leave us. Let's say you signup on January 1st, 2017 for a 1-year plan, that amounts to $1200. It's now July 10th, 2017 and you have requested a cancellation of service. We will initiate a refund the money for the months of July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec, which amounts to $100*6 = $600 back to your credit card. If you request a cancellation after July 15th, we will refund for the months of Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec, which amounts to $100*5 = $500 back to your credit card. The API will be available until July 31st, 2017.


For Monthly plans, we bill a flat fee for the month ahead, and to make it simple, we split the month into two halves. Hence if you are billed $100 on July 1st and you cancel before the 15th, you will receive the full month's refund. If you cancel anytime after the 15th, you will get half a month's refund. 


Kindly note once the refund is initiated from our end, it will depend on our friendly banks and their speed to see the monies reflecting back as a credit in your card. It should not take more than 10-15 days, depending on your issuing bank.
