The Collections Report provides an overview of how each collection is performing based on visitor engagement, conversions, and revenue.
| Metric | Definition |
| Unique Visitors | The number of unique device IDs that visited the collection during the selected date range. Each device ID is counted only once within a rolling 30 day period, regardless of the number of visits made during that time. |
| Unique Product Views | The number of unique device IDs that viewed one or more products from the collection during the selected date range. Each device ID is counted only once within a rolling 30 day period, regardless of how many times it views the same products during that time. |
| CTR (%) | Click Through Rate. The percentage of unique visitors to the collection who clicked through to view at least one product within that collection. Calculated as (Unique Product Views ÷ Unique Visitors) × 100. |
| Unique Add to Carts | The number of unique device IDs that added the product from the collection to their cart during the selected date range. Each device ID is counted only once within a rolling 30-day period, regardless of how many times it adds the same product to the cart during that time. |
| Unique Orders | The number of unique device IDs that placed an order within the collection during the selected date range. Each device ID is counted only once within a rolling 30 day period, regardless of how many qualifying orders it places during that time. |
| Revenue | The total revenue generated from products purchased from the collection during the selected date range. The displayed currency is based on your store configuration. |
| Conversion (%) | The percentage of unique visitors who completed a purchase after visiting the collection. Calculated as (Unique Orders ÷ Unique Visitors) × 100. |
For Search, the metrics above are calculated based specific search terms visited by unique device IDs.
For Recommendations, the metrics are calculated based on the unique device IDs that interacted with the recommendation widget and the corresponding products.
Totals Row: The totals displayed at the top of the report are deduplicated, meaning each device ID is counted only once across the entire report. The downloaded report does not include a totals row. If you calculate totals by summing the individual Unique values in the downloaded file, the results may be higher than those shown in the dashboard because the same device ID can contribute to multiple rows.

Example: If the same device views Product A and Product B, each product row records 1 Unique Product View. However, the totals row counts the device only once, so it displays 1 Unique Product View instead of 2.
The Collection Drill Down Report provides product level performance metrics for products within a selected collection. Use this report to analyze how individual products performed in terms of engagement, conversions, and revenue within a specific collection.
| Current Position | The product's current merchandising position within the collection at the time the report is viewed. Only products with engagement data are included. Products currently in the collection that don't have any engagement data are excluded. |
