What is the Product Performance Report?

The product performance report allows merchants to view the performance of various visitor engagement metrics with all the available products in the catalog. This visual report provides eCommerce product performance insights that can be used in merchandising or across other departments by the merchant. 

You can find this under the 'Reports' section on the dashboard.

This report also displays product engagement metrics like Product views, Add to cart, Units sold, Orders, Revenue, Conversion rate, etc. for each product. Each product is linked to the URL of the product page on the eCommerce website for easy reference.

The report can be generated for date ranges with an option to compare with a similar range to extract insights on product performance across time

 

The Value Proposition: Use individual product insights for departments outside of merchandising

Merchandising influences what products your visitors engage with across your online store. This report will showcase a 360 view of eCommerce performance metrics associated with each product, to allow the merchandising or other departments to utilize the same to increase the business performance.  

 

The data of 'Product Views', 'Product ATC', 'Units Sold', etc. are also available on the Category|Collection page for each product.
