[Product pinning](https://support.tagalys.com/collections-merchandising?hsLang=en#product-pinning) # What is the 'Replace' and 'Pushdown' mode, when you pin products within a sequence? ## While pinning products in between sequences, you can either preserve the sequence layout or replace the sequence the product from the sequence with a pinned product. **Replace Mode:** When products are pinned while the 'Replace' mode is enabled, the sequence layout **will not be preserved,** and the pinned product will replace products from the sequence. -
