What metrics are available under Advanced Product Metrics?

Merchants can evaluate product performance across the store or specific pages (Category | Collection) to gauge the impact of their merchandising actions.

Advanced product metrics are available for each product at the Store and Product Listing Page Level (Category | Collection). The most recent 7, 14 & 30-day durations are used to segment the data for each of the metrics. Page metrics and Store metrics are calculated separately by Tagalys and activated only upon request.

  • Product Views: Total product viewed from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Add to cart: The absolute number of units added to the cart by visitors from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Units Sold: Total units sold across one or more orders from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Revenue: Total revenue generated from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Click-Through Rate: Ratio of unique visitors who viewed one or more products and unique visitors who visited the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Conversion rate: Ration of unique visitors who placed an order and the unique visitors who visited the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Orders: Total orders placed from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days. A visitor could add multiple units to a single order.
  • Cart to buy Conversion: Ratio of the total units bought and the total products added to cart from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Revenue per view: Ratio of revenue generated and the products viewed from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Revenue per visitor: Ratio of revenue generated and total unique visitors from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Unique add to carts: Number of unique visitors who added one or more products to cart from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Unique orders: Number of unique visitors who placed one or more orders from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days. 
  • Unique Product Views: Number of unique visitors who viewed one or more products from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • View to Buy conversion: Ratio of unique visitors who viewed one or more products and the units sold from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • View to Cart conversion: Ratio of unique visitors who viewed one or more products and the products added to cart from the individual page or store, across 7, 14 or 30 days.
