What to do if I am not receiving emails from Tagalys?
Tagalys requires our clients to confirm email ids, to provide you unrestricted & continuous access to your dashboard. If you are not receiving our emails, please follow one of the following steps.
- Send us a request from your email id registered at http://next.tagalys.com to cs@tagalys.com. Our support team will manually confirm it for you.
- Whitelist our dashboard communication email id in your mail server - postmaster@postman.tagalys.com.
- Check your Spam, Updates, Promotions or other tabs.
