This report gives merchants a list of search queries that resulted in a partial or 'No Results' page being displayed as results. This keeps the merchants informed as to what the visitors on the front end are looking for but are unable to find.
You can find the 'No Results' searches report under the 'Reports' section on the left side menu of the dashboard.
The report shows you the following metrics for each search query that resulted in a 'No Results' page: Number of Searches and the number of unique visitors for each search term. This report can be downloaded as well.
The report can be generated for custom and standard durations of time. The field 'Compare' allows you to evaluate engagement data between two date ranges.

This report could be used to improve the search experience for your visitors by merchandising these queries.
For example, multiple visitors could be looking for pants by searching for 'trousers' which does not display any search results. Creating a synonym for 'pant' and 'trouser' would display pants for the search query 'trousers'
