Where can I find the invoice for the monthly subscription renewals?

Tagalys uses a third-party tool (Chargebee) to manage the billing. The monthly invoice is emailed to all the billing contacts associated with an account. Please note you have to be the primary billing contact on the account to access the invoices.

To find the invoices, follow the steps below:

  • Go to ‘Payment History’ to view the invoices for the monthly subscription renewals.
